The text-only Book item is ideal for publishing long articles,
essays, technical papers and works of fiction, although it can
also be used for lighter material such as reviews, short stories,
humour and poetry. You may want to write about one of the many
specialist subjects available on Dadooda. Or you may decide now
is the time share your literary skills with a worldwide audience.

To submit a Book to Dadooda you must complete the Book template.
To open the template, simply log in to Dadooda, select Submit
New Item and then click on the Book icon.
A Book contains the following elements:
Subject: Select a Subject Group and Subject
for your Book from our preset list.
Title: Enter a title of up to 50 characters.
Introduction: Write an Introduction to your
Book. It can contain up to 500 characters (about 80 words).
Write Book: Your Book can contain up to 1 million
characters (about 160,000 words). You can type it directly into
the Write Book field, or copy and paste it from a text editor
(recommended) or word processing application.
When you have completed the template, click on the appropriate
Upload button. This will send your Book to Dadooda’s servers.
You can then review your Book as it will appear on Dadooda and,
if necessary, edit any element of it.
Your Book will be published exactly as you submit it, so we recommend
you review it for completeness in all respects.
Please ensure your completed Book complies with our Standards
of Publication.
When you are satisfied with your Book you can submit it for publication.
When it has been published you will receive a confirmation email
from Dadooda.
Tips
- Use the Introduction to write a synopsis of your Book.
- You can upload a partially completed Book and then continue
to work on it later using Dadooda’s powerful edit functions.
- If you copy and paste your Book into the template from a
word processing application such as Microsoft Word we recommend
you check the pasted text carefully for punctuation and other
formatting anomalies. For further information please see Entering
